AHRQ Announces 2017 Submission Dates for Surveys on Patient Safety Culture

The Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality has set the 2017 submission dates for  two comparative databases for Patient Safety Culture. Facilities can voluntarily submit data according to the following schedule:

• Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Comparative Database: June 1 – 21
• Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture Comparative Database: September 1 – 21

The databases are separate central repositories for data provided via hospital and medical office surveys. Facilities submitting survey data to the database will receive a customized feedback report comparing their facility’s patient safety culture survey results to the overall respective comparative database.
