The Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence will host its 2016 Governor’s Quality Award Health Care Seminar on Tuesday, June 21 at Little Rock’s Embassy Suites Hotel. This year’s conference is titled “From Genetic Codes to Zip Codes: Linking Quality Care and Healthy Environments.”
Featured speakers will include Trent Haygood, M.D., J.D., Chief Medical Officer with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and Lowell C. Kruse, Chairman of the Board for Communities of Excellence 2026. Participants will also have the opportunity to hear a panel discussion on Population Health in Arkansas as well as a presentation on the Governor’s statewide “Healthy Active Arkansas” plan.
