bootcamp-web-imageAmerican Data Network PSO will offer its popular full-day Patient Safety Boot Camp program on July 18, 2014 in Little Rock, Arkansas. The program outlines a blueprint for organizational patient safety; provides methods for designing, implementing and improving patient safety strategies; and explores methods of analyzing patient safety data to minimize risk and injury.

ADN PSO’s Patient Safety Boot Camp course is ideally suited for healthcare professionals who are responsible for the management of patient safety activities or are interested in learning more about the discipline of patient safety. The course is led by Phyllis Ragland, RN, CPHQ, CPPS, who has more than 30 years of hands-on clinical and progressive managerial experience in surgical nursing, quality performance improvement, regulatory survey preparation and patient safety. Ragland was one of the first in the country to achieve the Certified Professional in Patient Safety credential from the National Patient Safety Foundation. To view the agenda for this program, click here.

Patient Safety Boot Camp will be held at American Data Network’s corporate headquarters located at 10809 Executive Center Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas. The cost of attendance is $150 per participant for ADN PSO members or $200 for non-members.  The program will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will resume by 4:30 p.m. CST.
