Medical offices that have administered the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality’s Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture can now voluntarily submit their data for inclusion in the agency’s Medical Office SOPS Comparative Database. Data submission is open through October 21, 2013.
Ultimately, AHRQ will release a Medical Office SOPS Comparative Database Report which will reveal comparative results that medical offices will be able to use in determining strengths and opportunities for improvement within their own patient safety culture. The report will not include information that would identify participating providers.
